Approach
Architected, deployed, and project-managed two Snowflake-based web applications for creating, mapping, and comparing multi-level business and financial hierarchies. Finance and operations teams constantly reorganize how they roll up entities - cost centers, business units, reporting structures - and doing it in spreadsheets breaks lineage and repeatability. These tools made hierarchy management a governed platform capability: build a structure, map it to another, diff the two, and feed the result directly into reporting.

Why hierarchies deserve real tooling
Hierarchies are the skeleton of every financial report, and in most companies they live in someone's Excel file. Moving them into a governed web tool over Snowflake means every rollup is versioned, comparable, and consistent across reports - and a reorg becomes a mapping exercise instead of a reporting emergency.
