Internal multi-cloud infrastructure

A consultancy's own estate spanning three clouds.

Problem

A consultancy's own estate spanning three clouds.

Approach

Designed, deployed, and managed a consultancy's internal infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP: virtual machines, databases, applications, networking components, and supporting cloud resources. Owned platform readiness end to end - architecture planning, setup, operational management, security controls, access governance, and budgeting. The unglamorous foundation every client project ran on, kept reliable and cost-controlled across three clouds.

Architecture

Azure · AWS · GCP three IAM models Internal estate VMs · DBs · networking Delivery platform secure · budgeted

Running your own shop across three clouds

Nothing teaches multi-cloud reality like operating it daily: three IAM models, three networking philosophies, three billing surprises. The internal estate was the proving ground for patterns later applied on client architectures - especially cost governance.
