Approach
Project-managed a midstream data initiative for a US oil and gas operator: provided technical guidance to the development team, maintained the deployment cycle, and kept implementation planning, technical coordination, and release management aligned through delivery. Midstream data - gathering, processing, transportation volumes - has its own reconciliation challenges distinct from upstream production, and this project brought the same platform discipline to that domain.

Delivery oversight is a technical role
Keeping a data team shipping isn't status meetings - it's knowing which technical decision unblocks which dependency. Technical PM work here meant reviewing designs, sequencing releases, and clearing obstacles the team couldn't clear alone.
